Class schedule

Guided by Uma, the sessions are designed to cultivate a deep sense of awareness and presence within the practice. in the class, the focus is not solely on the physical postures, but also on the breath, emotions, and thoughts that arise during the practice. It emphasizes the importance of being in the present moment and cultivating a sense of inner calm and balance. Through mindful yoga, individuals can develop a greater understanding of themselves and their bodies, enhance their flexibility and strength, and promote overall well-being.
